Description
"But playtime was the real hunkered-down kicker. With the side windows open, the slider in the hardtop drawn back, and the whole dang Adriatic, clear to Croatia, in the offing, I put the Mochi Craft 51 Dolphin through a great big pile of figure-eights, U-turns, and downsea beelines—and the test boat performed like a sea-chompin’ champ every time." ~ Power and Motor Yacht

Mochi Craft 51 Dolphin
"The first model launched by Ferretti Group, and forerunner of the unmistakable Mochi Craft class, the sinuous design of its lines offers both sophistication and comfort to ship-owner and guests alike. The interior is marked by the warmth of the wood fittings and stylish leather upholstery, with a large cockpit that leads directly into the main lounge area through a glass sliding door. Wherever you are, aboard a 51 Dolphin the sea is just a breathtaking glance away." ~ Mochi Yachts
Hull

The hull is constructed of alternating layers of hand laid fiberglass (foam cored stringers and bonded bulkheads) with four main longitudinal stringers running fore and aft on the inside of the hull which are glassed in place. Additionally, the bulkheads are glassed/bonded to the inside of the hull and main stringers which together create a grid like system of reinforcement for the hull.
